The Records Visit
At this visit we will be making plaster study models of your teeth so we can accurately analyse your bite problems. We will also take photographs of your teeth and smile. This way we can have a complete record of you before we change anything. By now we should have received your x-rays which were requested at the first visit.

Health Funds
While we have no direct relationship with any of the funds, we promise to do our very best in helping you to make a claim. We will provide you with all of the necessary written documentation to help speed your claim. Problems often arise with funds because they all operate with very different rules and regulations. Hence the refund you receive can vary from nothing to 100% depending on the procedure and fund. We urge you to check this with your fund before treatment commences.

US:
• We must advise you of all costs involved.
• We must provide the best quality of care.
• We must listen to your wants and needs.
• We know everyone hates to be kept waiting, so we will do our very best to stay on time.
YOU:
• You must complain if you are upset. Only then can we put things right.
• You must pay your bills on time.
• If you are happy with our service, please tell your friends. That way we can have a flow of new   patients and be here for you when you need us.
• You must come to all appointments on time, or give us 48 hours notice.
• You must co-operate with our treatment requests eg. Wearing elastics.
